2011-2012 Chapter Events

April 28: JB Clean-Up Activity (all ages)
Time: 2:00-4:00pm
Location: Victoria Park (meet by the Pavillion)
We will be doing a scavenger hunt clean-up of Victoria Park. Bring your old gardening gloves and come on out!

May 7: Board Meeting
Time: 7:30-9:30pm
Location: St. John's Lutheran Church, 22 Willow Street [map]

May 11-13: JB Mini Camp (all ages)
Time: 7:00pm Friday until 10am Sunday
Location: Camp Ki-Wa-Y
The theme this year will be "Amazing CISV Race". More details to come, so watch your e-mail for the registration package.

June 3: JB Exec Elections (14+)

August 12-19: National Camp

We are looking for Local National Camp Coordinators (LNCC's), one from each a chapter. Their job is to pass on National Camp information to their chapter and decide fairly who gets to go to national camp if you have more people applying then the amount of spots given.

Some key things to think of when choosing your LNCC is that they should not be planning going to National Camp them selves, they must be an active member of their chapter and must be in contact with both the adult and junior board/exec, they should preferably be an adult since they would likely be the most unbiased person for deciding who gets to go to National Camp (like the adult liaison).

Please have your LNCC chosen for your chapter by March 1st. They should e-mail Cody Shantz so we know who they are.
